  • no hereditary building right

Existing building

  • operator-free hotel property or serviced apartments with at least 30 units
  • conversion properties with at least 1,300 m² gross floor area

  • 43 m² gross floor area per apartment, 30 m² net floor area per apartment
  • lobby with entrance area
  • no restaurants, no gyms, no event venues
